Residential Care Homes for Persons with Disabilities (RCHDs)
Operators or home managers of RCHDs may update their service information in the service profiles by completing Information Updating Form (Chinese Version Only) and return them to the Licensing Office of Residential Care Homes for Persons with Disabilities of the Social Welfare Department by fax or email.
