The Social Welfare Department's Service Quality Group Scheme
To enhance the service quality of RCHDs, members of the "Service Quality Group (SQG) Scheme" pay regular visits to RCHDs to make observations and suggestions on their facilities and service provision. The SQG Scheme, set up on a two-year basis, covers different types of RCHDs in Hong Kong.
