Paragraph 9.6 in Chapter 9 of the Code of Practice for Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) (January 2020 Revised Edition) RCHDs shall comply with the minimum staffing requirements at any time as stipulated in the Schedule to the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Regulation. Attendance of appropriate relief staff shall be arranged whenever there is any staff on casual leave, vacation leave, sick leave, maternity leave or paternity leave, etc. in order to comply with legislative requirement and maintain operation of the RCHDs.
《殘疾人士院舍實務守則》2020年1月（修訂版）第9章第9.6段 殘疾人士院舍在任何時間都必須符合《殘疾人士院舍規例》附表訂明的最低人手要求。凡員工放取事假、例假、病假、產假或侍產假等，院舍必須安排合適的替假員工當值，以符合法定要求及維持院舍的運作。
