Special diet (e.g. vegetarian food, low-fat, low-sugar, low-salt, minced food, pureed food, etc.) should also be provided having regard to the residents’ personal special needs, including health condition, religious belief, eating behaviours and other risk factors. Special diet menu should be designed for staff in preparing food and arranging meals for residents.
