An RCHD shall maintain the following records related to staff employment and attendance, and timely update the relevant information, for inspection by LORCHD at any time - an attendance record and an outdoor duty record for all staff (including relief staff/hire-of-service contract staff) to reflect the actual situation of staff-on-duty in different time periods of a day.
